The Capital Giving Campaign for Primary Health Solutions invites you as a community member to participate in making your new health center in Middletown a reality. Your generous giving will allow the building of a 22,000 square-foot facility offering after-hours care, pre-natal care, expanded dental, behavioral health, laboratory and pharmacy services. This facility will make it possible to meet the increasing needs of our community.
