Co-pays are due in full at the time of your visit. As a service to you, we will bill your health insurance company (if insurance coverage is confirmed). Co-payments and deductibles are due at the time of your visit.

We accept cash, check, and credit card payments. If you are unable to pay for your care, please tell our receptionist. We will work on a payment plan with you.
