Primary Health Solutions is a non-profit agency that works to provide affordable, quality healthcare on a sliding-fee scale to all residents of Butler County and beyond, regardless of income or insurance coverage. Though we are not a free clinic, we strive to keep our costs low enough to accommodate all who need our services.

We operate three health centers: The Bever Pavilion, the Hamilton West Center and the Middletown Community Health and Dental Center.
