Primary Health Solutions is grateful to be partnered with three wonderful school districts: Fairfield City Schools, Hamilton City Schools, and Middletown City Schools. Located in the heart of these communities, we felt a sense of responsibility to give everyone equal access to high quality health care when they need it.

School-based health centers exemplify the idea of a one-stop-shop. We provide medical, dental, vision, dietician services, WIC, behavioral counseling, and more. Our centers provide immediate assistance to students, community members, and local families.

From the beginning, we knew the importance of bringing healthcare to the suburbs. In 2016, Primary Health Solutions opened our school-based health center in Fairfield claiming the prestige as the first fully integrated suburban school-based health center in the United States.

In both Fairfield and Hamilton, our patient base has sky rocketed garnering over 7,000 encounters between both centers since the initial openings.

Plans are currently underway with the Middletown City School District to open a school-based health center in the new Middletown High School. It will be located at 601 N. Breiel Blvd with an opening expected in September of 2018.

Not only do we provide state of the art facilities but are equipped with a welcoming and professional staff to help you achieve your health goals. We understand that economic troubles can get in the way, which is why our platform allows sliding fee scale and insurance for payment.

“The vision of the school-based health center with Primary Health Solutions was to improve the access and care for many of the children and their families.” CEO Marc Bellisario says. “We realize a percentage of our families work, and taking off time from work to bring their children to the doctor is a hardship.”

One unique feature the districts provide is supplying Primary Health Solutions with school transportation to and from appointments during the school day relieving the hassle of parents having to leave work for appointments.

“We’ve created a solution so parents don’t have to leave work. All they have to do is call the school based health center and school transportation can bring the child to our center to treat the child and return them back to school in the same day,” Bellisario says.
