PHS Among Selected Recipients for 2017 Change for Charity Program

The Liberty Center Foundation have announced the six charity recipients of its 2017 Change for Charities program, where a portion of parking meter proceeds collected at Liberty Center benefit the designated organizations. The 2017 recipients include: Primary Health Solutions, Fernside, Hannah’s Treasure Chest, Circle Tail, Inc., Dress for Success Cincinnati, and Success by 6.

“We had so many worthy charities apply for our Change for Charities program this year and week look forward to working with the organizations selected to support our community,” said Kevin Cedik, General Manager of Liberty Center. “These groups are making a significant impact on our community and we are happy to support their causes.”

Primary Health Solutions, based in Hamilton, offers school-based health services along with a mobile Mission Dental Van. Fernside is the nation's second oldest children's grief center and provides grief support services and outreach and education to the community and families free of charge. Hannah’s Treasure Chest provides nonprofit and social service agencies in Butler, Greene, Montgomery, and Warren Counties with clothing, furniture, toys, books and other essential items for their clients.

Circle Tail, Inc., provides service and hearing dogs for people with disabilities at no cost to the individual.  Dress for Success Cincinnati helps women achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and the development tools to help women thrive in work and in life. Success by 6 is a United Way of Greater Cincinnati initiative to prepare youngsters for kindergarten and first grade.
