Hamilton, OH - Primary Health Solutions, a Butler County based organization that operates Federally Qualified Health Centers, is pleased to announce that the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services - Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) has awarded a $350,000 grant to PHS for the purpose of Oral Health Service Expansion.

Currently, Primary Health Solutions provides dental services at their Middletown Center, Fairfield City School Based Health Center, and on a fully-equipped Mobile Dental Unit which travels to sites throughout Butler County. There is a high demand for dental services from the PHS centers, due to a lack of providers who accept Medicaid insurance.
Primary Health Solutions accepts patients with most types of insurance, including commercial insurance, Medicaid and self-pay. Certified Application Consultants are available to assist those who are uninsured, and a sliding scale fee is available for those who qualify.
The HRSA grant is specifically for the purpose of expanding oral health services in Hamilton. The details are currently in the planning stage and will be released in the near future.
