RPH PharmD

A native of Cincinnati, OH, Craig graduate of the University of Cincinnati, College of Pharmacy with both a BS and PharmD.  He is an adjunct faculty at the University of Cincinnati, College of Pharmacy.  Working in LTC for the past 17 years, Craig has managed many departments in a LTC pharmacy.  He started Medication Managers, LLC in July 2007, which provides numerous clinical services to LTC partners servicing over 750 LTC facilities and 35,000 patients across the country.   One of his new endeavors was the start of the pharmacy residency program commencing July 1, 2016.  The residents are the first LTC residents in the country.  Residents will work on projects such as antibiotic stewardship as well as helping to roll out RxConcile, which is a live pharmacist telehealth product for patients discharging from long term care facilities.  RxConcile will help to connect the patients to their Primary Care provider after a stay in a long term care facility.  Craig has also help started multiple full service not-for-profit retail pharmacies in Ohio (Pharmacy OTR and Community First Pharmacy) and Kentucky (Home of the Innocents).  Most recently he has had two physician groups hire his services.

Craig was hired by Primary Health Solutions, in February 2016, to assist in Population Health Management, phamacoeconomics and 340B management as well as providing clinical pharmacy services for the providers in the organization.

One of my professional goals is to help provide opportunities for pharmacists in the Primary Care setting.
